Health and Safety
Your health and safety are two things you should very serious. The key word that I believe contributes to health and safety issues is PRODUCTION! Any discussion about production and/or trying to meet the numbers that are expected from you on a daily basis can ultimately lead to having problems with your health and safety. I believe in giving a “fair days work for a fair days pay”. Simply put, do your best and don’t worry about the rest. The numbers are the numbers. You are a not robot and can not churn out the numbers on a regular basis. Play fantasy football and this fact will support my statement. Everyday is different.
