UPS Non-Discrimination Policy

After reading this, no one should afraid to confront any type of harassment.   The company does have an anti-harassment policy in regards to its employees, but that does not mean there aren’t any rogue agents within our company, as there is in any company. Rogue agents, meaning employees who disregard the harassment policy and harass employees.   It is incumbent upon the employee to know the written policies and not be afraid to report such activities; if not, then the harassment will continue on a regular basis.
